Processing Time

At Vellnovia, we work with trusted international suppliers and logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. After tracking information has been issued, the order is considered fulfilled and dispatched from our side.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on the product’s origin, destination country, courier performance, and customs processing. On average, shipping takes 7–25 business days.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors are beyond Vellnovia’s control.

  • We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

  • Shipping delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. However, once an order leaves our warehouse or supplier facility, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier and the customer.

Vellnovia is not responsible for:

  • Loss during transit

  • Damage caused during shipping

  • Courier mishandling

  • Delivery delays after dispatch

We do not accept claims, returns, or refunds for issues that occur during transportation.

Shipping Information Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Vellnovia is not liable for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Failure to collect packages

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping or restocking fees.

Customs & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by Vellnovia.

Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with Vellnovia, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. All shipping-related risks, including delays, customs holds, and transit damage, are assumed by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Vellnovia’s responsibility ends once the tracking number has been provided and the order has been shipped.
